Whitelist applications let a server team decide who can join before the Minecraft server accepts the player. The exact questions and review rules are chosen by the server staff.
Application states
Pending means the application is waiting for review.
Approved means the server has accepted the application. If the server uses in-game enforcement, access is applied after the connected Agent syncs the decision.
Denied means the application was not accepted. The server may allow a new application later, depending on its rules.
Revision means staff need more information. Open the application, read the moderator note, update the requested fields, and resubmit.
Account verification
Some servers require a linked Minecraft account before or during whitelist review. If you see a verification prompt, follow Account linking and use the command shown by LeavePulse or the server staff.
If you still cannot join
Check that you are joining with the same Minecraft account that was approved. If the server recently approved you, wait a short time for sync and try again.
If the join message still says you are not whitelisted, send staff your LeavePulse profile, Minecraft name, application status, and the exact join message. Server staff can use Owners diagnostics to check whether the Agent has synced the whitelist state.
