These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and the LeavePulse service regarding your access to and use of the website, tools, integrations, and all related services provided under the LeavePulse brand (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you:

have read these Terms;
understand them; and
agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

LeavePulse — an online platform for monitoring and listing gaming servers, including the website https://leavepulse.com, API, Discord bot, plugins, whitelist system, and related tools.
LeaveHosting — the operator of personal and technical data and infrastructure provider.
Server — any gaming server (including but not limited to Minecraft) listed or monitored by the Service.
Listing — a publicly visible server entry in the LeavePulse catalog.
Claim (Ownership Verification) — a technical process used to verify control over a server.
Player Profile — a page containing identifiers and gameplay statistics.
Technical Data — logs, telemetry, events, metrics, IP addresses (partially masked or hashed), and security-related signals.

2. WHO WE ARE

2.1. The Service

LeavePulse is a service platform providing:

gaming server monitoring;
a public server catalog;
interaction tools between servers and players.

LeavePulse is not a hosting provider and does not operate or control any gaming servers.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.

Users under the age of 18 may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

LeavePulse may provide the following features:

automated server availability monitoring;
latency and uptime measurements;
gaming server catalog;
whitelist system;
Discord bot;
server-side plugin;
player profiles with gameplay statistics;
API and other technical integrations.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

5. PUBLIC SERVER SUBMISSIONS

Any user may add a server to the LeavePulse catalog, even if they are not the server owner or administrator.

Such submission:

creates a public listing only;
does not grant management or control rights;
does not imply official affiliation or endorsement.

6. SERVER OWNERSHIP VERIFICATION (CLAIM)

6.1. General Rules

Access to server management features (editing, whitelist, bot, plugin, extended statistics) is granted only after successful verification of server control.

6.2. Verification Methods

LeavePulse may use one or more verification methods, including:

DNS token placement;
plugin installation;
execution of a server-side command;
confirmation via Discord bot;
other technical verification mechanisms.

6.3. Revocation and Disputes

LeavePulse reserves the right to:

deny ownership verification;
revoke verified status;
temporarily restrict management access in case of disputes or suspected abuse.

7. USER ACCOUNTS

Users agree to:

provide accurate and truthful information;
maintain the confidentiality of their credentials;
not use accounts in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

8. PLAYER PROFILES

Player profiles may include:

in-game nickname;
UUID;
playtime;
associated servers;
aggregated gameplay statistics.

All statistics:

may be approximate;
are not guaranteed to be accurate;
do not constitute grounds for claims or liability.

9. WHITELIST SYSTEM

The whitelist system is a tool provided for server administrators.

LeavePulse:

does not make access decisions;
does not guarantee server access;
is not responsible for decisions made by server teams.

10. DISCORD BOT

The Discord bot is a third-party integration.

LeavePulse is not responsible for:

Discord API outages or changes;
Discord account suspensions;
Discord policies or enforcement actions.

Users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.

11. LEAVEPULSE PLUGIN

The plugin is provided under a limited license.

The following actions are prohibited:

decompilation;
reverse engineering;
manipulation or falsification of metrics;
circumvention of technical limitations.

12. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users are prohibited from:

manipulating statistics or rankings;
submitting false ownership claims;
scraping data without authorization;
automated attacks or abuse;
providing false or misleading data;
abusing whitelist systems or bots;
using LeavePulse to harm servers, players, or networks.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All code, designs, bots, plugins, logos, and related materials are the intellectual property of LeavePulse / LeaveHosting unless stated otherwise.

14. DATA AND PRIVACY

Data processing is performed by LeaveHosting in accordance with:

the laws of Ukraine;
GDPR principles, where applicable.

15. DISCLAIMER
